Fairytale Rewards – Terms & Conditions

Customers earn 1 Whimsical Point for every ¥1 spent on eligible Maple & Wattle products, unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees and taxes are excluded.

Maple & Wattle reserves the right to determine which products, collections, or promotions are eligible for earning or redeeming Whimsical Points.

Program availability, as well as earning and redemption options, may vary by region.

For international customers, Whimsical Points may only be redeemed on selected products. Certain products, bundles, and promotions may be excluded from point redemption.

Whimsical Points cannot be used in conjunction with certain discounts, automatic promotions, or bundle offers. Maple & Wattle reserves the right to restrict point usage where necessary.

The use of Whimsical Points may reduce the order total and affect eligibility for free shipping or other promotional thresholds.

Whimsical Points are earned based on the final purchase amount after discounts are applied.

Maple & Wattle reserves the right to limit, restrict, or disable the earning or redemption of Whimsical Points during sales, promotions, or special events.

Whimsical Points may be adjusted or removed if a transaction is later found to be ineligible, cancelled, refunded, or affected by an error.

Whimsical Points cannot be transferred, exchanged, sold, or gifted.

Once rewards are redeemed, they cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.

To be eligible for the Birthday Reward, a valid birth date must be entered at least 30 days in advance. Misuse of this feature may result in removal from the rewards program.

Whimsical Points for gift cards are awarded when the gift card is redeemed, not when it is purchased.

Referral rewards are valid for new customers only. Self-referrals or the creation of multiple accounts to gain rewards is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of rewards and account suspension.

Accounts found to be abusing, manipulating, or attempting to exploit the rewards system may be suspended or permanently removed from the program.

Maple & Wattle reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Fairytale Rewards program at any time without prior notice.
