Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind (including scent preference).

Order Cancellations  
Cancellations may be requested before your order has been processed. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, cancellations are not possible.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will review and arrange a replacement or refund.

Address Changes After Ordering

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is complete and correct at the time of checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, however address changes are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been packed, processed, dispatched, or handed over to our fulfilment partner or shipping carrier, we are unable to change the delivery address from our end.

If a parcel has already been shipped, the customer will need to contact the shipping carrier directly to request a parcel redirect, if this service is available.

Maple & Wattle is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout, or for address change requests that are received after an order has already entered the fulfilment or dispatch process.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery, or non-collection, we may offer to resend the parcel once it has been returned. Additional shipping fees will apply.
