Fairytale Rewards – Terms & Conditions

Customers earn 1 Whimsical Point per ¥1 spent on eligible Maple & Wattle products, unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees and taxes are excluded.

Maple & Wattle reserves the right to determine which products, collections, or promotions are eligible for earning or redeeming Whimsical Points.

Whimsical Points may be adjusted or removed at any time if a transaction is later found to be ineligible, cancelled, refunded, or affected by an error.

Whimsical Points cannot be transferred, exchanged, sold, or gifted.

Maple & Wattle reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Fairytale Rewards program at any time without prior notice.

Whimsical Points will expire after 6 months of inactivity (no earning or redeeming activity). A reminder will be sent prior to expiration.

Once rewards are redeemed, they cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.

Whimsical Points are earned based on the final purchase amount after discounts are applied.

To be eligible for the Birthday Reward, a valid birth date must be entered at least 30 days in advance. Any misuse of this feature may result in removal from the rewards program.

Whimsical Points for gift cards are awarded when the gift card is redeemed, not when it is purchased.

Accounts found to be abusing, manipulating, or attempting to exploit the rewards system may be suspended or permanently removed from the program.

Maple & Wattle reserves the right to limit or disable earning or redemption of Whimsical Points during sales, promotions, or special events.

Tier entry rewards are granted only once upon first qualification. If a customer drops out of a tier, they will not receive the same entry reward again upon requalification.

Referral rewards are valid for new customers only. Self-referrals or the creation of multiple accounts to gain rewards is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of rewards and account suspension.
